By accessing this website or purchasing from Smoken Silent Suppressors, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for confirming that your possession, purchase, transfer, and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Smoken Silent Suppressors reserves the right to refuse or cancel a transaction when required by law, regulation, company policy, or compliance concerns.

Regulated products are not shipped directly to the customer. They are shipped to an eligible receiving Federal Firearms Licensee selected or provided by the customer.

The customer must complete all required federal, state, and local paperwork, background checks, approvals, tax requirements, and transfer procedures before taking possession from the receiving FFL.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, availability, or product-description errors before fulfillment.

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, compliance review, and any applicable transfer requirements.

An order confirmation does not guarantee that an order will be fulfilled if legal, regulatory, inventory, or payment issues prevent completion.

Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of the order.

When an eligible suppressor order has not yet shipped, an 80% refund may be issued. The remaining 20% covers restocking, administrative, and paperwork-related costs.

If an eligible product is returned from the receiving FFL, an 80% refund may apply, subject to inspection, legal requirements, shipping costs, and the circumstances of the return.

Customers are responsible for safe, lawful, and proper use of all products. Products must be used only with compatible firearms, ammunition, mounting systems, and configurations.

Smoken Silent Suppressors provides warranty coverage according to the warranty terms published on our Warranty page. Warranty coverage may exclude damage caused by illegal or unsafe use, careless handling, modification, improper ammunition, negligence, or abuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smoken Silent Suppressors will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from misuse, unlawful use, improper installation, modification, or handling of products.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this website.
